On our application portal, you can submit your application online to JUNE GmbH.
We only collect the personal data that you provide to us as part of your application process.
In addition, we may process personal data that you voluntarily provide about yourself in public directories or on publicly accessible Internet platforms.
Relevant personal data includes in particular your master data (e.g. first name, last name, name affixes, nationality), contact data (private address, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address) as well as information about your personal circumstances and about your educational and professional history. This may also include special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) if you provide us with these in individual cases.
This data is collected
- to establish contact with you,
- to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship with you, and
- to protect our legitimate interests.
- The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b), 88 DSGVO, § 26 para. 1 p. 1 BDSG, insofar as this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship with you. In the other cases mentioned, the data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO and is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of us or third parties, for example in the context of the assertion, exercise and defense of any legal claims.
3. to whom is your data passed on? Where is the processing carried out?
Within our company, only those persons and offices receive your personal data that need them for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship with you.
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed if this is necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the relevant laws or to protect the legitimate interests, in particular to assert, exercise and defend any legal claims, of us or third parties. This includes, among other things, the disclosure to public authorities, lawyers and courts. The data passed on may be used by the respective third party exclusively for the purposes stated.
For our application process, we use the personnel management software of Personio GmbH (see below), with the help of which we can manage the online application process and job postings. We have concluded an order processing agreement for this purpose.
Your personal data is not processed outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. how is the security of your data ensured?
Both we as a company and integrated service providers such as Personio GmbH are required to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data from misuse, unauthorized disclosure and loss.
If you apply for a vacancy or send an unsolicited application via the application system, you do not voluntarily submit your personal data and information (first name, last name, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as any attachments such as resume, cover letter, etc.) until you complete the application process by clicking the "Submit Application" button.
5. How long will your data be stored?
The personal data collected as part of your application process will generally be stored for as long as it is required for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship with you. In the event that an employment relationship with you is not established, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of six months from the time you are notified of the non-establishment for the purpose of asserting, exercising and defending any legal claims and will then be deleted or made anonymous. Your personal data will only be stored for a longer period, in particular for inclusion in our talent pool, if you have expressly given your consent to this.
